DARK KNIGHT GAME LAUNCH

MICROGAMING

 

Brief

As part of a sustained exhibition and events campaign for Microgaming lasting over fifteen years; Giant were tasked with the launch of a new game, Batman Begins, at the premier casino and online gaming exhibition ICE at London’s Excel exhibition centre. This was to compliment and appear alongside their 500sq metre, double storey stand and drive traffic from one site to another.

SOLUTION

Building a 200sqm display in the main concourse of Excel to drive traffic onto the main stand. Giant obtained the use of ‘The Batpod’ motorcycle from Warner Bros, the actual bike that appeared in the film. This was used as an attractor and created a substantial amount of dwell time as visitors viewed the machine and posed for selfies, giving Microgaming staff time to approach, determine their buying power and direct them with an invitation to visit the game on the main stand.
